cIONM Basics & Setup: Technology, innovations, system setup, electrode placement, and patient positioning.
Signal Analysis: Causes of signal changes, distinguishing true loss from artefacts, and data quality checks.
Clinical Application: Anesthesia considerations, stimulation of vagus/RLN/SLN, and case-specific tips (e.g. pediatrics, tracheal surgery).
Intraoperative Strategy & Documentation: Responding to signal loss, adjusting surgical approach, and proper medico-legal documentation.
